Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets by setting sales targets (both team and individual) and leading the team with sales strategies. Focus on specific products to meet the sales target.
- Utilize various reports to review and analyze business results in order to propose an action plan to reach targets.
- Conduct market research on market trends and competitors’ sales to share with management.
- Be responsible for simplified P&L : e.g. inventory, discounts, current running expenses.
- Be responsible for KPIs achievement.
Staff Management
Train, position & discipline staff to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals.Manage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals.Establish accountabilities & performance expectations for staff.Allocate individual-specific qualitative and quantitative objectives to each staff member.Plan monthly rosters for all staff in the store.Ensure the grooming of the staff aligns with the brand guidelines.Participate in the staff recruitment process.Encourage and support individual development of staff and build a succession pipeline in the store.Conduct daily briefings to ensure target achievement and communication.Inventory Management
Be responsible for inventory management, i.e. managing stock level.Supervise stock transfer, stock takes and inventory counts.Ensure stock and back-up storage are effectively managed in an organized manner.Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance
Be responsible for applying branch merchandising guidelines.Ensure timely window and interior product display rotation, including new products and best sellers, to maximize sales opportunities and meet brand guidelines.Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping for the sales floor, window, counters and stock rooms at all times.Administrative Management
Oversee all facets of store operations, e.g. billing, daily reconciliation report, management reports, cash management, etc.Complete requested reports and documents.Implement and support all security measures.Customer Service (including after-sales service)
Ensure best customer service & brand experience to customers to achieve high customer satisfaction.Ensure satisfactory after-sales service to customers in-store.Attend to customer complaints when necessary.CRM
Lead the team to acquire, build and maintain key customers.Implement activities to drive customer repeat visits and build customer loyalty.Coordinate in-store events with the Marketing team.PROFILE
Diploma or aboveGood command of written and spoken EnglishAt least 8 years of solid experience in retail operations and managerial position with a successful track record, preferably from the luxury retail industry; watch industry experience is a must.Technical skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPointSales and detail-orientedGood team playerGood business senseSeniority level
