Visual Merchandiser Manager

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Visual Merchandiser Manager to join our dynamic retail team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities : Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives. Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of visual displays and make necessary adjustments to optimize customer engagement. Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising best practices to ensure consistency across all locations. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional displays and seasonal layouts that attract customers and drive sales. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine visual merchandising strategies and improve overall store performance. Manage the visual merchandising budget, ensuring that all projects are executed within financial constraints. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in visual merchandising. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and props for visual displays. Lead and inspire a team of visual merchandisers to achieve excellence in store presentation. Prepare and present visual merchandising reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Preferred Candidate : Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser Manager or similar role in the retail sector. Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices. Exceptional creativity and an eye for aesthetics, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing displays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
