We are urgently looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team for a residential housing project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in designing mechanical systems for housing or residential projects. Responsibilities

• Designing Mechanical Systems : You will design HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection systems specifically for residential and housing projects.
• Coordination with Teams : Work closely with architects, electrical engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of mechanical systems into the overall design.
• Preparing Detailed Drawings : Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for mechanical systems using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, ensuring that all designs meet building codes and regulations.
• Conducting Calculations : Perform load calculations and ensure the systems are efficient and cost-effective.
• Site Supervision : Oversee the installation of mechanical systems on-site, ensuring that the designs are implemented correctly and safely.
• Quality Control : Monitor the quality of mechanical systems to ensure that they meet the project’s specifications and are delivered on time.
• Compliance with Standards : Ensure compliance with all local building codes and international standards for mechanical design and installation.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving : Address any mechanical system issues that arise during installation or after project completion, ensuring that all problems are resolved efficiently.
