Business Development Manager SMART Grid (AMI / AMR Solutions) The Business Development Manager will drive revenue for the SMART solution in the Kingdom Saudi Arabian Market. The role requires a confident and innovative leader who is also comfortable interfacing with senior level leadership.

A Business Development Executive is a mid-senior role, and as such has some important duties and responsibilities to fulfil, with both short and long-term goals to achieve. A Business Development Manager job description should cite some of the below tasks and objectives :

Developing growth strategies and plans

Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum- B.E / MBA or B.S / MBA graduate degree required.

At least 5 to 8 years of outside sales experience

Experience of selling energy hardware, software, solutions or other energy management technology

At least 3 years of B2B sales

A proven track record of reaching sales quotas

Ability to build relationships with clients

The ability to build and maintain a pipeline of business

The ability to generate leads and to spot opportunities

Experience within the energy space i.e. such as energy supply, procurement, software, hardware, or data analysis

Desired Experience

Previous experience in selling to large industrial or commercial industries

Experience in field sales for an energy supplier
