Technical PMO / Digital Delivery Expert

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Duration : 12 months (extendable)

Start Date : Immediate

Language : Arabic preferred, but not mandatory

Overview :

We are supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative for a government-facing project in Riyadh. The goal is to develop a comprehensive digital application that enhances internal employee services such as IT support, HR access, and user experience touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the application development program

Manage technical delivery across multiple workstreams including front-end, back-end, and integration

Oversee UX / UI design and ensure alignment with customer journey requirements

Coordinate with development vendors and internal stakeholders

Ensure delivery timelines, technical quality, and service integration targets are met

Act as the central point for communication between technical, business, and design teams

Required Experience :

Strong background in application development and system integration

Experience coordinating cross-functional technology teams

Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-vendor project environments

Familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus

Seniority Level :

Open to experienced Senior Managers or Directors
