Job descriptionProven expertise in developing Target Operating Models (TOMs) for PMO / EPMO functions. Strong experience designing PMO frameworks, governance models, methodologies, and processes. Previous experience working at a Big Four consulting firm (EY, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte). Experience within the aviation sector, including PMO or transformation-related work. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. PMO Senior Consultant / Manager – 2‑Month Engagement
Location : Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience : 10+ years.
Project Duration : 2 months.
Working Arrangement : on‑site.
Language Requirements : Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine PMO and EPMO operating models.
- Design methodologies, frameworks, tools, and templates to standardize project delivery.
- Build performance management frameworks including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Support the alignment of PMO practices with organizational strategy and portfolio priorities.
- Provide expert advisory support to senior leadership on PMO best practices and transformation pathways.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather insights and validate design outputs.
- Prepare executive‑ready presentations and documentation summarizing recommendations and deliverables.
