About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This is a hands‑on, standalone role responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and attraction through to offer management and onboarding.

You will partner closely with business leaders to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes across all divisions of the bank, ensuring a first‑class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all functions across the bank
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels
• Manage the interview and selection process, including scheduling, feedback, and offer management
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and reports
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies
• Champion employer branding initiatives and talent market insights
