About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This is a hands‑on, standalone role responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and attraction through to offer management and onboarding.
You will partner closely with business leaders to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes across all divisions of the bank, ensuring a first‑class candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all functions across the bank
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels
- Manage the interview and selection process, including scheduling, feedback, and offer management
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and reports
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies
- Champion employer branding initiatives and talent market insights
Qualifications & Experience
