Oversee and optimize all logistics, warehouse, and installation activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery across departments, while maintaining proper stock control and team coordination. Responsibilities

Lead and train logistics, warehouse, and installation teams to achieve departmental goals. Develop and implement process improvements for logistics and warehousing. Monitor team attendance, overtime, and submit HR-related requests. Analyze operational reports and take corrective actions where needed. Ensure accurate data and system entries (NAV, CRM), and perform random audits. Oversee transport operations, optimize delivery efficiency, and control logistics costs. Supervise warehouse operations, inventory reconciliation, stock movement, and space planning. Coordinate with procurement and showroom teams to manage slow-moving and dead stock. Evaluate installation team performance, manage outsourced contracts, and ensure smooth project execution. Submit regular performance and cost reports to management. Decision-Making Authority
