Job Summary
Oversee and optimize all logistics, warehouse, and installation activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery across departments, while maintaining proper stock control and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train logistics, warehouse, and installation teams to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and implement process improvements for logistics and warehousing.
- Monitor team attendance, overtime, and submit HR-related requests.
- Analyze operational reports and take corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure accurate data and system entries (NAV, CRM), and perform random audits.
- Oversee transport operations, optimize delivery efficiency, and control logistics costs.
- Supervise warehouse operations, inventory reconciliation, stock movement, and space planning.
- Coordinate with procurement and showroom teams to manage slow-moving and dead stock.
- Evaluate installation team performance, manage outsourced contracts, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Submit regular performance and cost reports to management.
