Job Purpose :
To lead ARDARA’s Partnerships and investment attraction function, by building and maintaining relationships with key investors and partners across all asset types in order to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment to the vision and mission of the Strategy and Investment Function and ARDARA.
Job-Specific Accountabilities :
Investor Relations
Identify and assess potential investors for all ARDARA assets, including hospitality, retail, leisure & entertainment, infrastructure, utilities etc.
Coordinate and lead or support pre-partnership engagement and discussions with investors including investment documents, roadshows, partnership discussions, and partner assessment.
Develop and execute project financial structuring strategy in conjunction with the Finance department and with support from Development department.
Keep ARDARA’s executive management team informed regarding investor activity and investment portfolio by providing them with information and reports on a regular basis.
Collaborate with Marketing, Communications … and other relevant functions to ensure the development of the full investor relations toolkit including investor relations presentations, press releases and communication to ensure accurate information is transmitted and is aligned with the strategic objectives of ARDARA.
Partnership Management
Conduct market research and identify partnership opportunities from a wide variety of potential sources and develop the best approach to evaluate and pursue those opportunities.
Develop pre-qualification criteria for partners’ selection in order to achieve partnership engagement objectives and oversee the implementation of frameworks for local, regional, and international partnerships.
Develop partnership structures, with the support of the Development, Corporate Governance & Board Secretary functions.
Manage partnerships with investors in various asset types, ensuring adherence to commercial agreements, strategic objectives, and profit maximization strategies.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of investment attraction systems, processes, and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost optimization, and efficiency improvement.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
Experience :
10+ years of professional experience in Asset Management, Strategy of Finance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (preferably in a development company).
