Legal Consultant (Saudi Market)

The Legal Consultant will provide expert legal advice and guidance on Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial matters. The role focuses on commercial, labor, and administrative cases, particularly those involving government entities (ديوان المظالم and administrative courts). The consultant will support the company’s legal operations across Saudi Arabia while working remotely from Egypt. Key Responsibilities

Provide legal consultation and advice on

Saudi commercial, labor, and administrative laws . Draft, review, and revise

contracts, agreements, and memorandums

in compliance with Saudi regulations. Liaise with external Saudi law firms and coordinate case follow-up. Advise on

compliance, regulatory matters, and risk management

for business operations in the Saudi market. Prepare and review

legal opinions, internal policies, and official correspondences

with ministries and government entities. Monitor and interpret changes in Saudi laws and regulations that may impact the business. Assist internal departments (HR, Finance, Contracts, Operations) with legal and compliance issues. Support

corporate governance , licensing, and company registration matters in Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law (Master’s or LLM preferred). Licensed lawyer or legal consultant

with recognized credentials in Egypt or Saudi Arabia. Minimum

15 years of experience , including at least

5 years in commercial, labor, and administrative (government) cases . Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, commercial law, and public sector legal frameworks. Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills. Fluent in

Arabic

and

English

(written and spoken). Ability to work remotely while coordinating with cross-functional teams in Saudi Arabia. Preferred Background

Previous experience as

Legal Counsel, Attorney-at-Law, or Legal Consultant

for Saudi or Gulf-based companies. Exposure to

government contracting ,

public tenders , or

system integrator / technology / construction sectors

is a plus.
