Overview

The opportunity to join our EY Law practice as a Corporate Lawyer where you will work with high-profile organizations on diverse legal advisory projects (including carve-outs, reorganizations and joint ventures) advising clients on all matters related to corporate transactions, including transformation projects for Government related entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding corporate transaction projects, ensuring technical and practical excellence to maximize client service quality.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships both internally and externally.
• As part of a global entity, manage leads and opportunities from other areas of the law practice and EY network and help them do the same.
• Contribute to development of the law practice through initiatives such as internal training, developing precedents, sharing knowhow, participating in team and firm events, giving internal and external presentations, and producing expert articles for publications.
