Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as a Senior Manager - Commercial Project Coordination - Rail. In this integral role, you will oversee and coordinate all commercial activities related to our rail projects, ensuring seamless integration across multiple functions and stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in driving project success and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee the commercial aspects of rail project coordination, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and timelines

Develop and implement commercial strategies that enhance project delivery and maximize value while adhering to budget constraints

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of project requirements and commercial implications

Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and engagement with all parties involved in the rail projects

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential risks, opportunities, and trends that could impact project success

Prepare and present regular commercial performance reports to the senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and recommendations

Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations throughout all project phases

Mentor and lead a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance

Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and advancements in rail project management and commercial operations

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in commercial project management, with a focus on rail or large-scale infrastructure projects

Strong understanding of commercial contract management and procurement processes

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing complex agreements

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in project management software and commercial management tools
