About the Role : You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing commercial strategies alongside the client, overseeing all aspects of cost, contracts, procurement, and risk management for major rail initiatives. 20+ years of international experience —including significant Middle East assignments. Key Responsibilities : Drive commercial and contract management at the program level within an integrated PMC / client environment Oversee procurement, contract negotiated settlements, claims management, and dispute resolution Provide proactive advice and solutions to the client on risk, cost control, and commercial best practices Collaborate with client representatives, contractors, and all project stakeholders to deliver aligned outcomes Mentor and develop commercial teams, championing knowledge sharing and high performance Profile / Skills Minimum 20 years' senior-level experience in commercial management for large-scale rail or infrastructure projects Extensive track record on major Middle East rail programmes essential; experience working in integrated PMC teams highly valued Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline; MRICS or equivalent preferred Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international standards Superior skills in negotiation, client interface, leadership, and communication Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Seniority level
