About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandising Manager to join our fast-growing FMCG business. In this role, you will lead the merchandising strategy and ensure our products stand out at every point of sale.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field .
- Minimum 5–8 years of merchandising or trade marketing experience within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing in-store visibility projects and working with large retail chains or distributors.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage field teams and agency partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, or other analytical / reporting tools .
- Flexibility to travel frequently across markets
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase sell-out performance across modern and traditional trade channels.Lead the design, production, and placement of POS materials , display units, and in-store branding in alignment with marketing campaigns.Conduct regular store visits to assess planogram compliance, stock levels, and competitor activity.Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to develop effective promotion and activation plans.Analyze merchandising performance data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.Manage third-party merchandising agencies and ensure execution excellence across all regions.Oversee merchandising budget and ensure optimal ROI on trade visibility spend.Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and consistent product presentation across outlets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
