Job Description
Develop and implement annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and campaigns.
Manage the full marketing mix, ATL, BTL, digital, and shopper marketing to drive consumer engagement.
Conduct market analysis and monitor category trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
Manage product innovation, packaging updates, and NPD projects in collaboration with R&D and supply chain.
Oversee marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization.
Partner closely with sales teams to ensure brand strategies translate into in-market execution.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
Proven track record in managing food brands or fast-moving consumer goods.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
