Job descriptionProven experience in the Saudi market, preferably with reputable companies. Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills. Excellent team management, training, and evaluation capabilities. Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective sales policies. Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional courses or certifications. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Preferably experience in construction equipment and machinery.
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced sales manager to lead our sales operations in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and policies.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage and lead the sales team efficiently, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Analyze sales reports and implement policies based on insights and performance data.
- Train, monitor, and evaluate the sales team to maximize results.
- Set quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales targets and ensure their achievement.
