Job Purpose
One of our clients is seeking a skilled and motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion in the Saudi market by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, managing accounts receivable, and gathering competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making. The position ensures the profitability and performance of the assigned region through proactive client engagement, regular market visits, and the implementation of data-driven sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for sales work in the Saudi market.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, negotiate with potential customers, and sign agreements.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators, put forward improvement suggestions, research and identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
- Visit the local market regularly to seek potential business opportunities and develop sales customers.
- Be responsible for collecting relevant market information, including customer data, competitive intelligence, market research, feedback, and market indicators. Formulate market strategies based on this information and implement these plans.
- Be responsible for accounts receivable and invoice management.
- Be responsible for sales forecasting and market analysis, collect and analyze market information, study competitors' dynamics, and take corresponding countermeasures.
- Clearly understand the KPIs and annual sales targets required for this position and manage the sales profitability of the assigned region to ensure sufficient returns and the achievement of annual sales targets.
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree in international trade, marketing, or engineering-related majors.More than 5 years of sales experience in heavy equipment (wheel loaders, excavators, road rollers, motor graders, bulldozers, etc.).Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as strong presentation and public speaking skills.Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.Able to maintain business relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust.Have knowledge of product applications and customer practices.Able to travel as needed, including domestic and international trips.Candidates with work / training experience in Saudi Arabia are preferred.Chinese national or a candidate who is fluent in Chinese is preferred.Benefits
