Interior Designer

Job descriptionProduce 2D / 3D visuals using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite Prepare layout sheets, item files, and confirmation boards Source furniture, finishes, fabrics, and accessories aligned with design direction Prepare and update BOQs and order sheets with accurate specifications Attend meetings and present design concepts professionally Incorporate client feedback efficiently and ensure design alignment Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and site teams for delivery and installation Conduct site visits and supervise implementation to ensure design integrity Prepare and distribute installation documentation Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field 2–5 years of experience, ideally in luxury residential or commercial design Portfolio showcasing mood boards, 2D / 3D layouts, and completed projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop / InDesign, MS Office (3Ds Max is a plus) Strong aesthetic sense of materials, layout, and furniture selection Ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams Capable of multitasking and managing timelines under pressure Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Overview
The Interior Designer is responsible for developing functional, aesthetically compelling interior spaces based on client needs and design standards. This includes concept development, space planning, FF&E selection, 2D / 3D visualization, client presentations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
