Interior Designer / Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer / Architect located in Riyadh. The Interior Designer / Architect will be responsible for space planning, developing architectural concepts, creating construction drawings, and executing interior design projects. They will also manage the selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients, conducting site visits, preparing project documentation, and ensuring the highest standards of design and construction are met.

• Skills in Space Planning, Interior Design, and FF&E
• Expertise in Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Experience in real estate development or related industry
