Project Support Coordinator

Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Regional Project Coordinator to be based in Riyadh.

This is a 1-year contract position.

Key aspects of the role include :

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and course schedules.

Oversee transportation, setup and supplies of clinical materials and equipment.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality.

Oversee participant registration, manage on-site operations and serve as the main point of contact during events across the region.

Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, partners, and local representatives to ensure alignment on content and delivery.

Provide regular project updates and post-event evaluations.

Salary up to SAR 12,000 per month .

To be successful you will need to meet the following :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Events Management, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in event management, project management, or clinical education programs, preferably within the Medical Devices / Healthcare industry.

Proven track record in managing regional projects.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
