Our client , a leading entity within the industrial sector, is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to be based in Nairyah, Eastern Province. This role will establish and manage the HR function from scratch and will be responsible for managing HR Strategy, framework, and procedures within the company. Responsibilities
Establish and manage the HR function from scratch. Develop and implement HR strategy, framework, and procedures. Oversee Recruitment, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Training and Development. Manage Employee Relations, PRO, Payroll, HR Systems, and Policies and Procedures. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration functions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders. Strong knowledge of compliance and health & safety regulations within the Industrial sector. Must be willing to work in Nairyah / Eastern Region. Seniority level
