Responsibilities
Work closely with business to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, strengths / weaknesses and key business drivers; use this information to develop effective recruiting strategies.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, focusing on fit and motivation rather than simply selling a role; ensure all sourcing channels are quickly built and effectively utilized.
Use a sound recruiting process to scale the business, including guidance on job descriptions, levels, selection process & criteria, closing and onboarding.
Participate actively in the full recruitment cycle, emphasizing assessment skills for screening, evaluating candidates, and ensuring the highest standards.
Lead hiring calibration and decision‑making, as well as responsibility for offer proposal and negotiation.
Apply data acumen to analyze the recruiting process, identify issues, and diagnose root causes.
Continuously improve recruiting best practices, providing education and enablement to hiring managers and interviewers to elevate recruiting skills organization‑wide.
Join or lead cross‑team recruiting / HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent oral and written English skills.
5+ years recruiting experience in a medium‑to‑high volume, high hiring‑bar environment (both corporate and agency background preferred).
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative strategies for passive candidates.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and operational solutions for high impact.
Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment.
Structured thinker and communicator; diplomatic with proven ability to build relationships across functions and regions; experience working across cultures preferred.
Project experience preferred; additional HR field knowledge a plus.
