Roads Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and construction of highways, internal roads, and related infrastructure.
• Manage engineering teams, project schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
• Review road alignments, pavement designs, and utility coordination.
• Supervise on-site construction activities including earthworks, asphalt layers, drainage, signage, and road safety elements.
• Ensure compliance with QA / QC standards, HSE regulations, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
• Monitor project budgets, contracts, and variations while applying value engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in road engineering.
