Senior HVAC Sales & Project Management Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior HVAC Sales & Project Management Engineer to become a cornerstone of our growth. This is a pivotal role that blends technical sales leadership with end‑to‑end project execution. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and leading projects from the initial proposal stage through to successful completion and handover, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within the HVAC market.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and clients.
  • Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals, including detailed thermal load studies and system design recommendations.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to provide superior customer support and build trust.

Project Management & Delivery

  • ​Take full ownership of HVAC projects from the award stage through to final handover and client sign‑off.
  • Manage all project aspects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
  • Oversee contracts, prepare and submit payment certificates, and manage the collections process to ensure positive cash flow.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations.

    • Strategic Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports on sales achievements, project status, and client portfolio health.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and provide strategic insights for business growth.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 3‑5 years of proven, hands‑on experience in the HVAC industry, specifically within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC systems, thermal load calculations, and project management principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, proposal preparation, contract management, and financial collections.
  • Full professional fluency in spoken and written English is essential; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and time‑management skills. A self‑starter, proactive, and client‑focused.
  • A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
