We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Manager / Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading construction and building firm based in Al Hamra, Jeddah. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape architecture and engineering, demonstrating a passion for creating sustainable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. This role involves overseeing landscape projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs meet client specifications while adhering to environmental standards and regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality landscape solutions that enhance the overall functionality and beauty of our projects. Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative landscape designs that align with project goals and client expectations. Conduct site assessments and analyses to determine the best landscape solutions for various environments. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of all landscape projects. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure quality execution of landscape designs. Oversee the maintenance and care of landscapes, ensuring they remain healthy and visually appealing. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to continually improve landscape designs and practices. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, outlining project progress and design concepts. Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards throughout the landscape development process. Mentor junior landscape staff and provide guidance on best practices in landscape management and design. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle. Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as an agricultural or landscape architect engineer, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects. 10-15 years of experience in landscape management, preferably within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design principles, and sustainable practices. Experience with Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects, demonstrating an understanding of their specific requirements and standards. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and team members. Creative problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a positive workplace culture. Strong technical skills in landscape design software and tools.
