Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Performance Expert to drive strategic initiatives, optimize business performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), develop actionable strategies, and implement performance management frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis : Monitor, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to track progress. Conduct root-cause analysis of performance gaps and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with leadership to align performance goals with business objectives. Design and implement performance management systems and frameworks. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team performance and accountability.
- Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose streamlined solutions. Implement data-driven initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with performance goals. Communicate performance insights and recommendations to senior management. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management. Continuously refine performance metrics and methodologies to maximize impact. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.Experience : 8+ years of experience in performance management, business analysis, or a related field. Proven track record of improving organizational performance through data-driven strategies. Experience with performance management tools (e.g., KPI dashboards, OKR frameworks).Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and data visualization tools.Preferred Qualifications
