Organizational Performance Lead

Role Overview

Master Works is hiring Organizational Performance Lead to join our office in Riyadh, KSA. Shortlisted candidate will be responsible for driving the alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable performance across the company.

The role reports directly to the CEO. This role ensures that strategic initiatives are executed effectively, performance indicators are tracked and reported transparently, and departments are held accountable for results. The role supports decision-making and enables a culture of performance, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• A. Performance Framework Design & Implementation

Translate strategic goals into execution plans and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets

Define KPIs, success metrics, and performance dashboards to monitor initiative progress.

Work with business units and initiative owners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of strategic initiatives.

Develop and maintain regular reporting mechanisms, steering committee updates, and executive presentations.

Support change management efforts in collaboration with HR, PMO, and Strategy to ensure teams are aligned with strategic priorities.

Act as a neutral enabler to drive clarity, alignment, and accountability across business units — in close partnership with Finance, HR, PMO, and Strategy.
