Senior Project Manager I role at Energy Job Search. Wood is currently looking for a Project Manager I to support our Projects business in Al Khobar. Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world. Responsibilities
Create delivery excellence across assigned project / portfolio, provide certainty and confidence to the customer / project sponsor, and robust control of project scope, schedule, cost and risk. Specify and coordinate the implementation and completion of a moderate sized project, portfolio of small projects, or a major component of a large project. Ensure safe delivery and that quality, schedule, and cost targets are met; manage associated risk. Deliver projects to agreed specifications, manage change and customer relationships, and ensure appropriate reporting and governance is adhered to and controlled. Lead and direct a multidiscipline project team, which may include external specialists and staff from multiple offices and sites. Promote and set up information management systems applicable to various life phases of projects and manage the information management project team. Participate in assurance activities and peer reviews. Ensure project HSSE leadership with a program of initiatives and auditing schedule; proactively address HSSE and quality management issues. Regularly report project progress to senior management and / or the customer; monitor and manage schedule and financial performance; take proactive action to avoid slippage. Ensure competence of project team members and foster a performance improvement culture on complex projects and in supply chains. Facilitate setup of project procedures and lead production of the project execution plan (scope of work, deliverables, master schedule, budget, risk register, etc.). Leadership
Model ethical behavior and ensure compliance with laws and policies. Oversee proposals and call-offs within delegation of authority, ensuring compliance with contracting policy and ethical standards. Coach, mentor, and empower others to make decisions within established parameters. Qualifications

Typically requires more than 7 years of pertinent experience, including minimum 2–3 years managing projects or part of projects. Good level of experience in the related field, industry, and locations of the work. Proven project management experience and understanding of business issues; strong knowledge of project management techniques and practices. Understanding of project goals, drivers, and strategies; experience developing measures of success and benefits on multiple projects. Knowledge of stakeholder management, requirements and acceptance criteria, risk management processes, and scheduling techniques. Ability to manage change control across multiple sub-contractors and interfaces; capable of delivering project initiation and execution plans. Familiarity with information management, handover, and close-out activities; understanding of cash flow management and cost forecasting. Personal Attributes
