Project Manager

The Hybrid Cloud Manage Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing cloud application projects across diverse platforms. With a strong foundation in project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools, this role ensures seamless delivery of programs that involve support and enhancements for applications hosted on multi-cloud and hybrid environments. The Project Manager integrates solutions from Hybrid Cloud Manage offerings to deliver projects that align with business objectives, contractual commitments, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud application projects, ensuring adherence to defined scope, cost, and timelines. Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and staffing requirements to achieve successful outcomes. Oversee resource allocation, coordinating across IBM teams, client employees, and third-party vendors. Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and escalate issues proactively to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and contractual obligations across all phases of project delivery. Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong client relationships by aligning solutions with business requirements. Facilitate seamless integration of Hybrid Cloud Manage offerings into client environments to enhance application performance and scalability. Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, best practices, and process optimization in project execution. Skills

Strong knowledge of

Hybrid Cloud Management

and cloud application delivery. Expertise in

project management methodologies

(Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Proficiency in project management tools such as

MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent . Strong background in

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors. Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects.
