Job description

KeyResponsibilities :

Develop and communicate the overall artisticvision for projects ensuring alignment with brand identity andclient goals.
Lead and manage a team ofdesigners illustrators and other creative professionals providingguidance and feedback on their work.
Foster acollaborative environment to inspire creativity andinnovation.
Oversee the creative process fromconcept to execution ensuring that projects are completed on timeand within budget.
Coordinate with otherdepartments (e.g. marketing production) to ensure a cohesiveapproach to projects.
Create and present designconcepts mockups and prototypes to clients or stakeholders forapproval.
Ensure all visual elements meetquality standards and adhere to brandguidelines.
Stay updated on industry trendsdesign techniques and emerging technologies to maintain acompetitive edge.
Incorporate relevant trendsinto projects to enhance creativity andeffectiveness.
Communicate with clients tounderstand their needs and expectations providing professionalinsights and recommendations.
Manage clientfeedback incorporating changes while maintaining the projectsartistic integrity.
Assist in developingproject budgets and managing resourceseffectively.
Monitor project costs to ensurethey align with budget constraints.
Review andapprove final designs and presentations ensuring they meet projectspecifications and quality standards.
Conductregular assessments of project progress and adjust strategies asneeded.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in graphic design Fine Arts ora related field.

Proven experience in acreative role with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse designprojects.

Proficiency in design software (e.g.Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma).

PreferredSkills :

Strong leadership and team managementabilities.

Excellent communication andpresentation skills.

Familiarity with webdesign and digital marketingconcepts.

Knowledge of typography color theoryand visual storytelling.

Typically works in anoffice setting but may also collaborate remotely with team membersand clients.

May require flexibility to workevenings or weekends based on projectdeadlines.
