Waiter / Waitress at our Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers have a memorable and enjoyable time during their visit.

Responsibilities :

• Greeting and Seating Guests : Welcoming customers warmly, assisting them with seating, and providing menus.
• Taking and Serving Orders : Accurately taking customer orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service : Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly, and anticipating their needs.
• Maintaining Table and Restaurant Cleanliness : Ensuring tables, chairs, and the dining area are clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Handling Payments and Cash : Processing payments, handling cash, and following established cash handling procedures.
