Responsibilities

• Assume project leader role on projects, facilitating collective genius and collaboration across internal and external partners.
• Drive vertical integration of projectsthrough transformation of brand strategies / campaigns to actionable and measurable activation plans on both consumer and shopper fronts in collaboration with internal cross functional and bottler teams.
• Drive system wide alignment and oversee the execution of national / regional / channel / account specific campaigns and promotions that will amplify the brand ideas / programs / innovations aligned to be deployed in the market.
• Lead bottler alignment on projects (both marketing campaigns and innovations) leading through key strategies, objectives, system investment, activity calendar, success metrics in partnership with Category and Franchise teams.
• As the budget owner, own direct marketing expense management and due diligence related to the market
• Bring a holistic understanding-based brand analytics in the specific projects as well as on the overall brand progression that would feed into risks / opportunities of the brands / business / region / channels .
• Be the champion of local insights both brand / projects based as well as overall consumer psyche and feed them to rest of the system for effective strategy articulation and activation planning.
• Manage brand activation at the field level, including point of sale activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging market assets), in coordination with bottling team .
• Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
