Develop and implement PR and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand identity. Lead and guide a high-performing team in a collaborative environment. Cultivate and strengthen the hotel's brand identity for consistency across all communications. Oversee the creation of compelling campaigns and content resonating with the target audience. Proactively manage the hotel's reputation through effective PR strategies and crisis communication. Monitor feedback channels for guest sentiments and take actions to maintain a positive image. Build relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders for positive coverage. Act as the hotel's spokesperson, handling media inquiries and interviews. Drive digital strategies for online visibility and engagement. Monitor online trends, respond promptly, and manage the hotel's online reputation. Implement tools to measure PR and marketing effectiveness. Use data-driven insights for informed decisions and optimized campaigns. Efficiently manage PR and marketing budgets for targeted objectives. Qualifications

Proven leadership in PR and marketing, preferably in hospitality. Exceptional strategic thinking, creativity, and a track record of successful strategy execution. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders. Crisis management expertise, handling sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion. Proficient in digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics. Strong organizational and project management abilities with a results-driven mindset. Data-driven decision-making skills, optimizing PR and marketing efforts through analytics.
