Key Responsibilities
Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (Rotating equipment).
Lead and manage a team of mechanical technicians, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
Perform inspections and quality checks on mechanical systems and components.
Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and protocols, ensuring the safety of all personnel on the site.
Develop and maintain detailed schedules for mechanical works and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain detailed records of mechanical installation work, inspections, and testing.
Assist in managing mechanical-related costs and expenses.
Identify and resolve mechanical issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
Qualifications
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.
