Responsibilities
Executive assistance with experience dealing with VP and higher level. Responsible for coordinating and collaborating action items related to corporate governance and RACI matrix. Ensure all relevant internal stakeholders are present and follow up on MoM action items. Capture and summarize key messages before all internal and external meetings respectively. Ensure governing process and check points for all CxOs and GCEO meetings in collaboration and coordination with VPs and GMs (Both internal and external). Monitor daily topics and priorities and escalate any concerns or red flags. Collect and document monthly evaluations from all GMs. Reflect the CCExDT status into VP monthly status report. Develop End Of Week evaluation dashboard and manage quota distribution. Prepare comprehensive EoD evaluation sheet. Maintain internal and external report copies. Maintain up-to-date calendar for VP with all external and internal meetings plugged and coordinated. Maintain and report Weekly CCExDT management performance radar and Culture radar. Capture and summarize all relevant topics for the weekly Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) meeting with all actions related to CCExDT. Collect briefs from VPs strategy unit prior to EMC meetings and present it to VP. Capture and summarize outcomes from meetings. Prepare weekly summary for the VP. Track and report weekly Ecosystem status report. Collect all CXOs reports with tight and daily coordination and collaboration with their representatives. Qualifications
Experience as an executive assistant with exposure to VP-level or higher. Strong coordination skills for corporate governance and RACI matrix. Proven ability to manage calendars, prepare meeting briefs, and track action items across multiple stakeholders. Ability to capture and summarize meetings, develop dashboards, and report on weekly and monthly status indicators.
