Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Assistant Executive Director for Clinical Support, with a focus on health planning. This role is critical in aligning clinical initiatives with organizational strategy, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that clinical projects contribute meaningfully to broader health system goals. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of excellence in planning and performance, promoting transparency, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across clinical support functions. The role is expected to serve at a corporate strategic planning level, overseeing planning and modeling the integration and reconfiguration of clinical services across an entire hospital system. The role will drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to enhance clinical effectiveness and service delivery models in the context of insurance implementation. Staying current with demand fluctuations in the market, in addition to latest industry trends in clinical service delivery and corresponding research, is central to the role. Responsibilities
Align clinical initiatives with organizational strategy and oversee planning and modeling for the integration and reconfiguration of clinical services across the hospital system. Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to enhance clinical effectiveness and service delivery models, particularly in the context of insurance implementation. Foster a culture of planning excellence, transparency, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across clinical support functions. Guide teams in implementing best practices, enhancing efficiency, and advancing the organization’s long-term strategic vision. Stay current with demand fluctuations and industry trends in clinical service delivery and related research. Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Healthcare related field Plus Master’s Degree in Healthcare related field Experience
10 years clinical experience with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity for a Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field, OR 12 years clinical experience with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity for a Bachelor’s Degree plus Master’s in healthcare related field Location
