Sr Supervisor online shift A. Summary : Performs a range of tasks in more than one area with complicated equipment and coordinates activities among the operators / technicians so that all activities are carried out in a safe and timely manner. In this role, you will be responsible for : Understands existing processes, procedures and practices and makes recommendations for improvement with supervision. Ensures that the correct process parameters are met, and that product quality and inventory is maintained. Operates complicated equipment from the DCS, monitoring and controlling multiple areas, taking corrective actions as appropriate. Provides support during emergency response situations in line with standard procedures and / or instructions from senior personnel. Complies with all relevant quality and HSE procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Operates and controls complicated equipment and monitors its operation across all process areas. Conducts observations on unsafe / safe acts and reports in a timely manner. Ensures operational safety practices are followed, monitoring the work and issuing permits as per the company policy. Minimum Qualification and Experience : Diploma Level Education and qualification. 2 years of experience or more in similar field. Knowledge & Skills Required : Industry, Market and Product Knowledge.
