Sr. Operator II, Petrochemicals

Operate and control complicated equipment to maintain safe and efficient operations across all process areas. Conduct safety briefings to ensure operational safety and address unsafe / safe acts promptly. Prepare and communicate shift reports to supervisors regarding process status. Troubleshoot normal and complex operational issues. Guide and train junior operators to ensure proper practices are implemented. Oversee critical equipment operations and assist in production and maintenance processes. Deputize for supervisors and provide operational guidance to less experienced team members. Requirements :

Education : Degree or Diploma in a relevant field. Experience : 0-2 years with a Degree. Minimum of 7+ years of experience with a Diploma (desirable). Skills and Competencies : Critical Thinking and Decision Making. Proficiency in operational processes and plant operations. Scheduling and planning for production activities. Strong technical knowledge in safety, communication, and troubleshooting. Salary Details :

Operators :
