Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Experience in commercial or corporate lending environments. Familiarity with loan structuring, credit risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of financial modeling tools. Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Analyst to join our Corporate Lending team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating lending opportunities by conducting in-depth financial analysis, building robust Excel-based models, and assessing the creditworthiness of corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess borrower performance and risk.
- Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel to project borrower performance under various scenarios.
- Support the origination and underwriting of corporate loans by preparing credit applications, memos and risk assessments.
- Monitor portfolio companies and provide ongoing analysis to support risk management and compliance.
- Conduct industry and market research to assess borrower performance.
- Work closely with relationship managers, credit officers, and legal teams to facilitate deal execution.
- Assist in structuring loan terms and covenant frameworks.
