About The Role

Are you a legal expert with extensive experience in aviation and regulatory matters?

As the Senior Manager Legal Affairs (General), you will provide strategic legal advice across regulatory, employment, litigation, and administrative matters. Your role will ensure compliance with the relevant legal frameworks and manage regulatory relationships. You will oversee disputes in coordination with external counsel and advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance.

You will also support the General Counsel on strategic projects and conduct regulatory gap analyses to enhance organisational resilience. Your expertise will be vital in drafting and negotiating contracts, interpreting employment law, and providing training on legal matters to promote a culture of compliance.

About You

You will have a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in aviation, regulatory, or administrative law, ideally with both private practice and in-house experience. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent legal qualification, and membership in a recognised bar association.

We seek candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
