Responsibilities
Supervise the development and implementation of general management policies, goals, and procedures. Develop business plans for the entity’s objectives in alignment with its strategic goals. Ensure the alignment of plans, policies, and procedures with the business transformation strategy and the strategic objectives of the organization. Coordinate with relevant departments to set performance indicators, organize main KPIs, and prepare periodic performance reports for senior management. Oversee allocations and dedicated resources for sectors and provided services. Take responsibility for budget distribution across departments in line with the general management budget. Ensure compliance with legal practices and procedures aimed at protecting the organization’s interests. Monitor the organization’s regulations and ensure compliance with Saudi laws and other relevant systems. Review contracts and agreements with external parties to ensure compliance with laws and organizational policies. Provide legal consultations regarding regulations, disputes, complaints, and legal matters, including drafting opinions and recommendations. Participate in awareness campaigns to enhance compliance with legal obligations within the organization. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 12 years of practical experience. Strong knowledge of local and international regulations and systems. Professional certification is preferred. Time management and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Ability to use relevant technologies and software applications. Strong competencies in legal compliance, systems and process implementation, problem solving, consultation and guidance, and strategicfocus.
