Document Controller

Overview

Are you experienced in managing technical documentation for QA / QC or engineering projects? Do you excel at organizing, tracking, and distributing project records in a high-compliance, technically advanced environment? We want to hear from you. This position is designated for Nationals only.

You’ll be supporting a company renowned for pioneering robotic internal and external field-joint coating solutions for pipelines delivering automated, precision engineering and advanced protection techniques to safeguard infrastructure across challenging environments. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge document control aligned with international standards and systems used in some of the most sophisticated pipeline protection projects globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the document control system compliant with project procedures and high-level technical standards.
• Register, track, distribute, and archive QC / QA documentation—such as ITPs, NCRs, inspection reports, method statements, and coating records.
• Monitor revision control; ensure project teams receive up-to-date drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with QA / QC engineers, project managers, and clients for approvals and signatures.
• Maintain document registers, logs, and status reports for transmittals, submissions , and deliverables.
