Position : Marketing Specialist

Reports to : Head of Academies

Overview

The Marketing Specialist is a full-time role responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all

marketing and promotional activities for the academy. The role ensures alignment with the club and

academy’s strategy, brand values, and growth objectives while strengthening its visibility across

digital platforms and local communities.

The Marketing Specialist will also ensure consistency in

brand messaging, audience engagement, and measurable impact across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and advertising campaigns to achieve academy objectives.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all campaigns.
• Set measurable KPIs for each campaign, aligning with academy growth targets and stakeholder expectations.

Digital & Social Media Management

Market Research & Promotion

Financial Oversight

Cross-Department Collaboration

Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred). Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (required). 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in sports or education. Experience in digital marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, and event branding is highly desirable. Skills & Attributes : Strong decision-making and organizational skills. Proficiency in English (Arabic a plus). Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office. Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends. Creativity combined with a data-driven approach for campaign optimization. Strong teamwork, communication, and project management skills.
