Responsibilities
- Plan and manage targeted digital ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic ads) focusing on business owners & HR professionals in Saudi Arabia.
- Optimize website & landing pages for SEO and lead conversion
- Manage CRM and email outreach campaigns
- Track and report on campaign performance & enhancements
- Coordinate retargeting ads and custom audience strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (B2B)Experience in Paid Ads Management : Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Meta with proven ability to generate leadsSEO & SEM for B2B search terms : Keyword research, Op-page optimization, content strategyAnalytics & Reporting : Google analytics, conversion trackingEmail & CRM Tools & Automation : familiar with platforms like MailchimpBasic Visual Skills : Ability to use Canva or edit creativeLanding Page development : Basic knowledge of HTML or similarStrong understanding of B2B sales funnel : knowledge of Saudi market, labor laws, HR services in KSAStrong analytical mindset & strategic thinkerGoal-focused & ROI-driven with strong execution skillsProfessional certification in Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP), Google Digital Marketing Certificate, and Google Data Analytics Certificate.Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
