Position : Marketing Specialist
Reports to : Head of Academies
Overview
The Marketing Specialist is a full-time role responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all
marketing and promotional activities for the academy. The role ensures alignment with the club and
academy’s strategy, brand values, and growth objectives while strengthening its visibility across
digital platforms and local communities.
The Marketing Specialist will also ensure consistency in
brand messaging, audience engagement, and measurable impact across all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and advertising campaigns to achieve academy objectives.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all campaigns.
- Set measurable KPIs for each campaign, aligning with academy growth targets and stakeholder expectations.
Digital & Social Media Management
Oversee social media platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent content aligned with the academy’s brand voice.Coordinate with creative and copywriting teams to develop impactful digital assets.Utilize paid ads, SEO, and analytics tools to increase engagement and lead generation.Market Research & Promotion
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and brand awareness.Develop competitor analysis reports to position the academy as a market leader.Propose innovative campaigns, sponsorship activations, and community engagement initiatives.Financial Oversight
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all campaigns.Track marketing expenses and prepare quarterly ROI reports to highlight marketing impact on memberships, partnerships, and revenues.Cross-Department Collaboration
Support internal departments in communication, branding, and promotional needs.Act as the point of contact between the Marketing Department and operational / technical leads for event promotions.Work closely with the Commercial Department to activate sponsorship deliverables and branding opportunities.Requirements
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred).Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (required).5–7 years of proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in sports or education.Experience in digital marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, and event branding is highly desirable.Skills & Attributes :
Strong decision-making and organizational skills.Proficiency in English (Arabic a plus).Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office.Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends.Creativity combined with a data-driven approach for campaign optimization.Strong teamwork, communication, and project management skills.Benefits
