We are a leading global technology solutions provider specializing in cloud services and digital transformation. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with our largest enterprise clients, driving the adoption and success of our cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Deeply understand our cloud offerings (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to expand cloud services within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Architects, and Technical Account Managers to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and pipeline growth, maintaining up‑to‑date records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders at all levels within the client organization.
  • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs in the cloud technology space.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Years of enterprise account management or enterprise sales experience, with a focus on cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and enterprise IT environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals).
  • Experience selling to industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
  • Background in technical pre‑sales or solution engineering is a plus.
