Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site two position based in Riyadh for a Sales Account Manager (Public Sector, Enterprise Sector) at Future Face.
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
The role includes day-to-day responsibilities such as identifying and prioritizing strategic accounts, managing high-value clients, and acquiring new enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales into Public and Enterprise accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Understand each client’s business, industry, and priorities
- Track client activity to ensure marketing goals stay aligned with the overall plan
- Identify key market needs and challenges, recommend and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends
- Look for opportunities, anticipate openings for initiatives and plan for the unexpected
- Build trusted relationships and become a partner for your clients
Consistently exceed quota and support regional growth targets.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of proven success in enterprise sales , preferably within the software, technology, or IT sectors.
Candidates should demonstrate :
Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with a strong drive for achievement.Strong business acumen, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with confidence in interpreting complex financial data.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with a hands-on approach to managing tasks.Proven capability in handling multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, including CXOs and key decision-makers.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office applications, and CRM solutions.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a software house environment.3+ years of direct sales experience.Relevant sales or technical certifications.Seniority level
