Your Role :
As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and managing business within the regional GCN Partner sales vertical. This role involves winning new business within Ciena’s Global Partner Community and expanding opportunities within the existing footprint.
Key Responsibilities :
- Regional GCN Demand and Execution Plan : Develop and execute strategic plans to drive demand in the region.
- Business Planning : Accountable for short, medium, and long-term business plans to achieve financial performance objectives.
- Innovative Go-to-Market Models : Drive creative market models, including MOFN variants, management models, and advanced service offers.
- Customer Advocacy : Represent customer needs within CIENA, ensuring necessary product features, delivery dates, and pricing are met.
- Forecasting & Execution : Ensure SalesForce forecast accuracy and execution against plans.
- Internal Coordination : Align strategies with Direct GCN Sales Teams and International SP Sales Teams.
- Integrity : always be respectful to our customer and colleagues and commit to Ciena’s mission to succeed in the right way.
