Scope of Work

Duties and Responsibilities

As Painter, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following :

Carries out painting works program.

Carries out painting maintenance requests & preventive maintenance programs.

Maintains personal tools and look after for general tools.

Keeps record of assignments and produce detailed work reports.

Maintains working area and makes sure that all working areas remain clean at all times.

Uses personal safety wares for personal safety while on duty.

Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. Qualification : Qualifications

To execute the position of Painter, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following :

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting.

Technical skills include knowledge of various type of paints, varnishes and stain knowledge to interior and / or exterior surfaces. Skills on paint application and removal including spray painting.

Fluent in English.
